These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between mmk08 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person ("Player", "you") who registers an account and uses the services at mmk08.one. By continuing to use the services, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms. Therefore, anyone who intends to use the platform must read this document carefully. 1. General Definitions
"Services" as used in these terms and conditions refers to all online games provided by the mmk08 platform (football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Sic Bo, 2D lottery), deposit and withdrawal services, player support, and all related operations.
These terms and conditions, mmk08's Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy are interconnected and together form a single binding agreement. Should any provision of this agreement conflict, it will be resolved through discussion between the player and us; however, the final decision rests with the platform.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Personal Requirements
To be eligible to open an account at mmk08, a player must meet the following conditions—

2.2 One Account Policy
Each player may only open one account at mmk08. Registering more than one account linked to the same phone number, bank account, or payment method is prohibited. Accounts opened with information that does not belong to the account holder will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
Information provided at registration (name, phone number, payment account, etc.) must be correct and accurate. Withdrawals will only be processed when the details match. mmk08 is not responsible for any issues, losses, or delays caused by incorrect information.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Payment Methods
mmk08 accepts the following payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Please note that the individual terms of the financial institutions providing these services also apply to these transactions.
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit: 10,000 Ks (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal: 10,000 Ks (per method).
- Withdrawal processing time: Completed within 5–30 minutes from the time the request is confirmed.
3.3 Deposit Requirements
The bank account or mobile wallet used to deposit must belong to the player themselves. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is made this way, the funds may not be withdrawn and any bonuses may also be forfeited.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit, and only after the bonus wagering requirement has been met. Withdrawals may be reviewed under anti-money laundering policy, and processing may take longer during such reviews.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The mmk08 welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example —
- Depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 30,000 Ks, making the total balance 50,000 Ks. The bonus of 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Depositing more than 200,000 Ks gives the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
4.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions
The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. The bonus will only be applied if the player requests it, and players who take the bonus will be tracked separately from those who play without one.
If a withdrawal is requested after claiming the bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited and only the deposited amount will be paid out.
4.3 VIP and Other Promotions
VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — come with cashback and other promotions that may have time-limited conditions. Each promotion has its own specific terms. Players should note that promotion terms may be changed by the platform without prior notice.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Policy
mmk08 offers games connected to a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play for all players. Any method that allows a player to predict game outcomes in advance is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited —
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
- Using software or bots to manipulate gameplay.
- Hacking the game system or engaging in collusion.
- Money laundering.
- Playing with funds belonging to a third party.
If any of these violations are found, we reserve the right to close the account and confiscate the remaining balance without prior notice.
5.3 Gameplay Section Restrictions
If a game is interrupted before a result is determined due to a game crash, network failure, or server disruption, mmk08 will resolve the bet based on the wager amount placed before the interruption. The decision will be considered final and the right to appeal is limited.

Player personal data will not be used beyond its original purpose and will not be shared with third parties without a legal requirement or the player's own consent.
7. Account Responsibilities
7.1 Password Security
Players must keep their mmk08 account password and login credentials private and must not share them with third parties. Players are fully responsible for all gameplay and financial transactions made from their account.

8. Platform Liability Limitations

We are not liable for losses caused by issues outside our control — such as server outages, network disconnections, or third-party service failures. Issues that occur during requests to our external servers will only be considered for resolution if they can be verified as genuine.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently shut down the service at any time, either with prior notice or without notice in an emergency. In such cases, remaining balances will be paid out through proper channels, but any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements may be forfeited.
